We are hiring AI Professionals to improve business growth and daily operations using AI tools. You will help our sales and operations teams manage retailer and wholesaler accounts, encourage repeat purchases, improve online product visibility, and automate repetitive work.

The role covers sales support, search engine optimisation (SEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO), product content, customer communication, order and return workflows, and account performance analysis. We value practical AI tool knowledge and the ability to deliver useful business improvements.

Responsibilities

*Use AI to identify sales opportunities, recommend relevant products, and encourage repeat purchases.
*Create personalised retailer and wholesaler outreach, promotional messages, and follow-ups.
*Improve product titles, descriptions, specifications, and catalogue accuracy.
*Support SEO through keyword research, content optimisation, and metadata preparation.
*Support AEO by creating clear product answers, FAQs, and structured content for search and AI-powered discovery.
*Automate routine tasks such as lead tracking, follow-up reminders, data entry, and reporting.
*Set up workflows for order updates, return tracking, and customer support routing.
*Analyse client purchase history, account activity, and sales performance to recommend actions.
*Create marketing content for websites, email campaigns, and social media.
*Connect AI tools with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other business platforms.
*Review AI-generated content and automation outputs for accuracy.
*Track results, improve workflows, and handle business information responsibly.

Skills

*Hands-on knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools.
*Effective prompt writing and the ability to refine and verify AI outputs.
*Ability to use AI for sales support, content creation, research, and data analysis.
*Working knowledge of AI-assisted SEO and AEO tools and techniques.
*Familiarity with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
*Ability to work with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms.
