Description

We are hiring a Software Developer to maintain and enhance our marketplace using AI-powered development tools. You will use AI to generate code, resolve issues, develop new modules, and automate repetitive business processes.

This role follows an AI-led development approach without requiring manual code writing. You must be able to guide AI tools, understand proposed changes, test functionality, and verify that updates are secure and reliable before release. Tasks requiring specialist intervention should be identified and escalated.

Responsibilities

*Use AI development tools to maintain the Laravel backend and Flutter applications.
*Investigate issues and use AI to generate, review, and validate fixes.
*Develop new marketplace modules based on business requirements.
*Support product listings, customer accounts, orders, payments, inventory, and returns.
*Automate repetitive workflows to reduce manual effort and operating costs.
*Test generated changes for functionality, security, and compatibility.
*Manage version history and support controlled releases with rollback options.
*Document changes, track results, and escalate issues beyond your ability to validate.

Skills

*Compulsory hands-on knowledge of AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
*Strong prompt writing and ability to provide clear requirements to AI tools.
*Working understanding of Laravel/PHP and Flutter/Dart projects.
*Ability to review AI-generated changes and identify potential problems.
*Practical testing, troubleshooting, and error-analysis skills.
*Basic understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and permissions.
*Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, and automation tools.
*Clear communication, independent problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

*Practical AI tools knowledge is compulsory.
*No degree or formal educational qualification required.
*Ability to demonstrate a working application, feature, or automation created using AI tools.
*Understanding of how to test and safely manage AI-generated software changes.
*Self-taught applicants and candidates with relevant personal or professional projects are welcome.
